Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products such as Eyeliner, Liquid Lipstick, Nail Polish, and Liquid Sindoor are generally non-returnable once opened or used. However, returns or replacements may be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method. The refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Products returned without prior approval or items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
